I began my career in management within the sports and recreation field before transitioning to the hotel industry where I was involved in various projects, including business organization, renovations, and strategic planning.

Subsequently, I extended my consulting services to the hospitality industry, collaborating with establishments such as Le Meridien Lav, AC Marriott Split, Marvie Hotel & Spa, Brown Beach Hotel, and Hoteli Baška Voda.

Alongside my consulting endeavors, I ventured into the real estate sector, a business field I was always passionate about. My focus is on property sales and, more importantly, overseeing the entire project development process. This includes everything from conceptualization and sustainability assessments to navigating legal and administrative hurdles, construction oversight, marketing, and property management. This process is meticulously coordinated with the help of my expert partners, including lawyers, architects, geodesists, and project managers.

In recent years, I have successfully managed multi-million villa construction projects in Dalmatia, guiding them from the initial concept to completion.
