Maja Odak

I have been actively involved in various facets of company start-ups and investments, offering support in crucial areas such as due diligence, business reorganizations, and the facilitation of mergers, acquisitions, and sales processes. Additionally, I have played a key role in bringing new business projects and ideas to fruition, participating in their implementation and ensuring their successful execution. Managing a spectrum of business and family affairs spanning the UK and Europe, I have overseen budget and forecast reporting for multiple businesses, as well as handling tax returns for entities in both the UK and Croatia.

My responsibilities extended to coordinating business trips and crafting detailed itineraries worldwide, ensuring seamless travel arrangements for all stakeholders involved.

As a project manager, I have undertaken the task of defining project scopes, establishing goals and deliverables, and creating comprehensive schedules and timelines to guide project progression. When necessary, I have implemented and managed changes effectively to align with project objectives, actively developing systems and tools to measure project performance and evaluate project outcomes.

In collaboration with CEOs, I have closely monitored project progress, provided detailed reports, and contributed innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.

Furthermore, my role encompassed managing and coordinating internal office procedures, organizing team meetings, conferences, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure compliance with client requirements. Offering executive assistance to CEOs, I have actively participated in company sales, acquisitions of new properties and investments, and asset management activities involving bonds, crypto and ETF’s.
